These Terms of Service govern your use of the Planta IA Advisory website and the purchase and use of our downloadable software products.

Software license

Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased software internally within the buyer’s organization, subject to the license scope displayed for the selected edition at checkout.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, the license does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, trademarks, documentation, or intellectual-property rights.

Technical responsibility

Our products are developer-oriented local software. Buyers are responsible for assessing compatibility, preparing documents, installing dependencies, configuring their environment, and maintaining appropriate hardware, access controls, backups, and security practices.

Acceptable use

You may not use the software in violation of applicable law, redistribute it except where expressly permitted, remove proprietary notices, or represent the software as your own product.

Support

Support is limited to the scope stated for the purchased edition. Unless otherwise specified, support does not include custom deployment, integration, infrastructure management, data migration, or bespoke development services.

Disclaimer

The software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. It is a productivity tool and does not provide legal, regulatory, accounting, medical, safety, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and source material before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planta IA Advisory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from the use of the website or software.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
